The staff at Carpet One by Henry was so helpful and patiently guided us in selecting a rug that was not only beautiful, but perfect in every way, especially the great sale price! They were happy to accommodate our decision process and timeframe for delivery. Best of all, they made sure my client was happy from start to finish. I was in the market for a new stair runner and foyer runner to replace our existing out-of-date carpeting and color scheme. I had shopped around at two other local companies and received quotes on replacing my existing carpeting. I thought the pricing from both of them was high and was not ready to make my choice. A friend of mine was using Carpet One for a rug replaced job and I thought I would give them a try. I went by the showroom and had a wonderful experience with Matt who helped me pick out the type of product and color I was looking for. He came by my house and measured the job to make sure to give me an accurate quote. Carpet One was by far the cheaper than the other companies so I decided to give them a try due to excellent experience at the showroom. I am beyond pleased with the final product. Not only were the installers nice and professional I have an amazing entry way now thanks to my guidance from Matt! Thanks again Capet One by Henry to making me a happy customer.
