We are thoroughly pleased with our new carpet and flooring we had installed by Carpet One by Henry. Let me explain why "thoroughly". As with any install, things can become difficult, or need attention after the install. We chose a fantastic floor covering for our master bath and wanted an equally impressive carpet for the bedrooms and stairs. Upon completion of the carpet, we noticed a few areas (minor) that seemed to need adjustment. These were corrected in a timely fashion, Thomas, Kevin and everyone we worked with were top notch and professional in handling our concerns. This is not a one time go for us either, two years ago we had new hardwoods, a kitchen back splash and a few custom area rugs installed by Carpet One by Henry. Same experience. Honest, Quality, and Reliable. Great to do business with. Will use them again for our basement level in the future.

Carpet One by Henry did an amazing job! The entire process was so easy! Due to our schedule, they had to do the install while we were seeing patients. They were in and out, and so quiet we didn't know they were there. No interruption to the business at all! I would recommend Carpet One by Henry to anyone!
