They have exceptional floor covering …
They have exceptional floor covering products and professional installation. Carpet One By Henry in Greensboro is a wonderful company. We have purchased many carpets and floor coverings from them over the years and their service is fabulous. After a recent extensive water problem in our basement, they were able to take up the Core-Tec Plus Vinyl Tile flooring we had previously purchased and reinstall it back. The basement had been flooded with around 4 inches of water, After Disaster bought dehumidifies and fans, then Carpet One by Henry reinstalled the same flooring. The flooring looks absolutely great . . . like new! I would highly recommend Carpet One by Henry in Greensboro.

Great service at a competitive price
I explained to Travis what I was looking for and he went right to a sample board at the price point I was seeking. It's a pleasant surprise to meet a salesperson who actually knows their products. Installation was flawless and quick. Carpet One prices compete with the big box stores and the service after the sale is better.

I have used Carpet One by Henry many times. They are alway very helpful and will tell you which carpets are better for your needs. I will use them again.

A great experience start to finish
A great experience start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, nice and wow! does it look good. The house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I have dealt with Carpet One for over a decade and every time have been very pleased.

Great company to work with
We installed Coretec LVP installed in kitchen. Required removal of existing laminate flooring. the entire experience was great (we have used Carpet One by Henry before). Kelly was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our wants and needs for a new flooring surface and made spot on suggestions. Then she put up with us while we dithered on what to do! Once the decision had been made, the install went smoothly. The installer kept me advised as to when he would arrive, and what all was going on during the process. The install is beautiful and the cleanup was spectacular - he swept the back patio where he had been cutting materials, completely above and beyond. The new Coretec flooring is great and we are looking forward to many years of enjoyment.
