I have had challenges with a number of re-modelers in the past and I cannot tell you how awesome it was to have such a professional crew, I kept waiting for a problem to occur, it never did. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at and with Carpet One by Henry! I've already been sharing their name with others and will continue to do so.

Each individual with whom I worked was very professional. Matt mapped out each piece I was ordering going over all the details so I knew exactly what to expect. Emily made an appointment for the installation, and each area rug was measured to fit the rooms precisely. The runner up the steps was installed by a skilled craftsman. Because it is a geometric pattern, it looks almost like a work of art! I highly recommend Carpet One by Henry!

Great experience from start to finish
Thomas was thorough in showing me around the showroom, helping me to narrow down my selection. He was prompt for the measuring appointment at my house. The installers were very professional, the installation went perfectly, and we are very pleased with the quality of the carpet.

My entire experience with Carpet One by Henry was outstanding. From my preliminary discussions with Jeff to the actual gameplan implementation with Kevin and his installation crew , these folks operate with a very high standard. Carpet One by Henry left no stone unturned in their attempt to more than please me and I cannot imagine that they have very many peers in their business...outstanding !

I've purchased wood flooring, Vinyl & carpeting...
I've purchased wood flooring, vinyl and carpeting from Carpet One for two separate water damage claims in the last four years. The sales people were extremely helpful even when I called to change my order. Their contractors were competent and friendly and even assisted in moving furniture for me. I would definitely recommend Carpet One.

Carpet One
Have used them for years. Wouldn't use any one else. They did a great job on my hardwood floors and were prompt and polite. Bought one carpet and had it bound and it looks great.
