100% Remote and Online Transaction
Our experience and transactions were 100% remote. I worked with my local Chesapeake, VA franchise and then reached out to the Greensboro location. They understood I had a quick turnaround to replace upstairs carpet in our new home. Tracey Childs made it happen! She measured within 24 hours and sent options to fit our budget including video, pix, and product details. Her knowledge of inventory and shipping were spot on! Installers prompt and courteous.

Excellent workmanship
Excellent workmanship with wood floor installation. Arrived on time, practically worked none stop entire day, and cleaned area each day after finished for the day. Highly recommend! Very pleased with our wood floor!
