Jerry ~ Thank you for taking the time out to send us back this valuable feedback. I am so sorry that your base boards and framing were scared during the installation. Please do accept our sincere apology for this incident. We will be speaking to our installer and his crew about this particular incident in an effort to prevent it from happening in the future. Henry Scott, our owner, built this business based on quality installation and it is very important that we continue that service today. Without feedback, we would be unaware of issues that we have, so we honestly do appreciate the comments. We are hoping that you will consider us in the future for your flooring. Belinda ~ I am happy to hear that you were satisfied with the end results in your kitchen, bath & laundry. Unfortunately, in our business we often do have unforeseen circumstances once old flooring or tile is removed. We have tried really hard to ensure that our Account Executives go over than with our customers. I do apologize if that was not handled properly at the time you purchased your flooring. Thank you for taking time to send us this feedback - without it, we would not have the opportunity to improve on customer service. Our owner, Henry Scott, built this business on quality installation and superior customer service and try really hard to make sure we continue to offer the same. Thank you again for your business and we hope you enjoy your new floors. The staff at Carpet One By Henry

Tom ~ Thank you for sending us this feedback. I will certainly talk to our installation department about this issue, as this is not how we want to do business. I am however, pleased that the installer did a good job placing the carpet in your closet. Thank you again for bringing the lateness to our attention. The management of Carpet One By Henry

Thank you for the feedback concerning your runner. Our average turn around time is typically two weeks and I certainly hate that this was not explained to you at your time of purchase. I do however, hope that you were pleased with our workmanship. We do appreciate your time in giving us useful feedback such as this. The Staff at Carpet One By Henry
