Bloomington Carpet OneReviews of carpetonebloomington.com

We were selling our home and needed some new carpet put into the basement. Turn around time was quick as we needed to get into the market! Bloomington Carpet One was helpful, had good stock choices, was reasonably priced and got our installation done within a few days! Very happy with our experience and I would definitely recommend/use them for future flooring projects!

The guys did a great job, plus things were very clean when they were done. We highly recommend them. Everything from choosing carpet, to measuring, to installation went smoothly.

Everything was very easy! Great people and company to work with, not to mention their finished product was outstanding!

I received excellent help and advice in the store, but was told that the vinyl floor style I wanted was unavailable, so I selected a different style. I picked out carpet also. I placed my order and waited to hear when it would come in. I was told 10 to 14 days. At 15 days, I went to the store to ask about my order, and was told that the carpet I selected was back-ordered and would not be available for 6 weeks. This was unacceptable to me, so I requested a different carpet style. Then I was told that initially the WRONG carpet had been ordered - that was the one that was back-ordered. I asked for help from the manager. He agreed to make some calls, and had the RIGHT carpet delivered 5 days later, just in time for installation to meet the deadline of my moving van arrival. The installers were great. As for the vinyl flooring I ordered for my kitchen, after it was installed, I hated it. The store was willing to invoke my unconditional guarantee, and took out the vinyl flooring I hated and installed the vinyl flooring I had ORIGINALLY wanted that they had said was unavailable. So now I HAVE both of the types of flooring that I wanted. But it was a hassle to get it done.

Excellent communication from being in the showroom, to the sale and purchase, to scheduling the installation and finally by the installers themselves. Jennifer recommended a carpet combination that we would have never picked on ourselves. It not only modernized our home but will provide years of wear for our family of six. Thank you Bloomington Carpet One.

Very appreciative for the help in selecting our carpet and the amazing service of installation. Great carpet and perfect installation!

Excellent customer service, timely installation, and we are very happy with the finished product. We would definitely choose Carpet One again.

I have worked with Bloomington Carpet One on both a personal and professional level for many years. Scott and his entire team have done an outstanding job of customer service as well as delivering quality flooring. I wouldn't use anyone else for my flooring needs.
