Guys did a great job cleaned up after the work was done.

We couldn't be happier with the service at Carpet One and also the installation was extremely professional. This is our second time using Carpet One in the last 12 years. We have recommended our family and friends just like we were recommended from our neighbor years ago.

We scheduled our flooring installation. With at least 4 weeks advance notice. We were informed the day before the scheduled start date that the date had changed and would be pushed back one day. I had already requested the day off from work. But even worse, that only gave the installers 2 days before the weekend to complete what had been estimated as a 3 day job. We had to threaten to cancel the job to get it back to the original plan. The carpet install was scheduled for Friday. We were told 9:00. When they hadn’t arrived by 11, we called and couldn’t reach anyone. And no one called us back. We had to call a couple more times, and again threaten to cancel, before we finally got a response. The installers showed up at 3:00. I will say that the installers did a fabulous job and we are very happy with the result. But getting to it was very stressful. I will never use CarpetOne again, and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

We worked with a wonderful sales associate, Lyn. He helped find carpet close to the color we had used a few years earlier. We were able to request the same installer, Jesus. He did a great job installing our new carpet. Carpet One was kind enough to keep our carpet when it arrived until we had finished remodeling the room where it was going to be installed. We are very satisfied with the carpet and Carpet One.
