I had a wonderful experience with our sales person Laura M. She is courteous and knowledgeable. I actually referred my daughter in laws parents to her. Our installation was postponed an extra week due to an emergency which was a bit frustrating but also understandable. The installation went smoothly and I am happy so far.

From the start to finish it was so easy to do work with carpet one. From recommending flooring for my needs to keeping my cost in mind they were knowledgeable and considerate. Awesome product awesome staff awesome customer service.

We recently had floors installed by Carpet One of Clifton Park.From our inital appointment with Tamela, to the completion of the job,our experience has been top notch! John the former owner of Fascia Flooring offered us terrific advice in his area of expertise. The materials were delivered by Billy efficiently & with great enthusiasm. Install took a little longer than I thought it would on the installation date, but it was done flawlessly! Rather it takes an extra hour and looks great. And it does look fantastic! Instlers were professional and respectful, and did beautiful work. I want those same guys back when we replace the rest of our carpeting!

The carpet installer Mr. Sinatra and his son did a superb job on our upstairs and staircase carpet install . They were very professional and courteous. If we install carpet again we will specifically ask for them to install it
