My husband and I bought new carpeting from Carpet One in Latham, NY. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end .Bill and Nick installed the carpet. They were very professional and took their time to do it correctly. They handled our furniture with care when they moved it out of the living room, and put it back exactly where it belonged when they were finished. They came at 10:45 and left at 4:30, working continuously except for a moderate lunch break. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did!!!

They did a good job on my 3 rooms previously. Tony did well. I like the carpet and the tile flooring. So far no complaints

We are very happy with our hardwood floor and installation. My only complaint would be that the color of our floor was marked differently from the mill than the color we picked out in the store. We would have appreciated being told that but our questions were resolved quickly.

The service was top notch from the measurement to install. Rocco the sales guy provides excellent customer service explaining everything and following up. The install was seemless. I have gotten so many compliments on the carpet. I will be using Carpet One for all my future flooring needs. You can tell the difference in quality and service.

Outstanding service -- very satisfied. We had a very big job replacing our tile floor in foyer, kitchen, dining area, etc. The staff at Carpet One was extremely professional and helpful and the tile installers were outstanding. I would recommend Carpet One Floor & Home and expect to use them again.
