I love the carpet but if i didn't catch it I would have paid for carpet I did not get. The shipped carpet was less than ordered.

Everything went well through installation but one thing, being charged on my account when I didn't have the product installed yet. If that was explained to me during the selling process I forgot it. Our sales woman did a great job helping us pick the right carpet for our situation. The carpet looks great and the installers did a great job.

Great service and product; minor issue that was resolved quickly and fully to our satisfaction. Todd and Greg were very helpful in picking out the carpets and handling the installation. The selection, quality and price was very good. The carpets look beautiful! We would definitely use Carpet One again and recommend them to our family and friends.
