ordered a copule of exhaust hangers. total tab with shipping was probably under $8 dollars. usps said there were delivered they were not. when i contacted them they said they could open a claim and informed me it would take a few weeks. i know they were sent as i had the tracking number. i thanked them as in the interim i was able to source the parts locally. the thought of getting i9nvolved with a claim withe the goverment snail mail, would probably make any sane person go postal. would do business with these guys anytime again

Ordered a brake booster from them off ebay. Immediately after clicking order, I started to get a little buyers remorse. I have never ordered a specific part offline, and was worried about issues if it was not correct. It was a $300 part and I didnt want to be out all that if something went astray. The part came 2 days earlier than expected! A pleaseant suprise! Turned out it was the wrong part. Not that they had shipped the wrong one, I simply ordered the wrong one. I called to only to have to leave a message which I thought would go totally unanswered. Turns out someone called me back the next morning, told me to send it back and I would recieve credit back, less shipping of course. Sent it back ( to the tune of $40..ouch!!) and within 5 days, called again, spoke with someone this time, and he said it was recieved and he will immediately issue a refund. Ten minutes later, money back! I'm out almost $70 on shipping, but the customer service was good, the part was as desribed and I would most likely buy from them again.

I purchased a part from Car Part Kings off of eBay. The price was fair, and the item arrived a week earlier than expected. The part was very high quality far and superior to a stock replacement. Definitely a 5 star company, I will buy from them again.

Wasn't sure the exact part I needed for my car model. They quickly helped me figure out what I needed and I received it a few days later. Next time I need something for my car I"m coming here.
