Part received quick and resolved a problem I had been having with my headlights.

If you know anything about buying car parts online, there are only two things that matter. First...the price, and second...how quick you get it. In the first year of owning my dream car i learned some valuable lessons, the most important being " beware of the lowest advertised price". Most of the time the lowest price is from a third party company that doesnt carry the product. It either needs to get back ordered, drop-shipped from the factory, or shipped to a parent company and then to them, before it comes to you. Regardless, it's months before you get the part and weeks are spent annoyed because you could have spent $5 more and had it within a week. I wont even go into the customer service issues with those companies (THmotorsports, Autoplicity, etc) or the lack of. At one point, after 5 weeks of waiting, when I ask why I wasnt notified of my order being backordered, I was even told that my order wasnt important enough because they deal with thousand dollar orders all the time and all I was getting was a set a brake pads. Anyway, its nice to deal with a company that is upfront, honest, and wants your business. In addition, when they get your business and your money...they actually are still willing to assist you after. Plus, when you talk to someone there, they can actually get something done...you dont get the fake B.S. from someone that has no authority to do anything but listen. To sum up: this place is legit.

The sales team was great and made it an easy transaction and the pricing is good. The shipping needs improvement when it comes to speed. Paid extra to get parts faster and that was a waste of money since it still took over a week to get parts needed to finish my car. Overall I would recommend Car Part Kings.
