When ordering my dress the page was having glitches with what sizing was available. Customer Service was there to help me ensure I checked out right away. When sending back my return, I didn't see a refund over a month after they received it. Then I talked to Customer Service and they expedited the return, which I instantly saw in my CC account.

I had made an order through the website and after checking out I had forgotten to add a code that would include a free plush bag. I then sent a message through to customer service and had the lovely Natalie pick up my query. Natalie K went above and beyond to assist me with my query and even managed to get the plush bag sorted so it can also be sent with the original order. To say I am over the moon is an understatement 😊..Natalie K made my day! Excellent service!!

Till today, Carolina Herrera has been one of my best unboxing experiences, I made my order online, received it 2 days later and the boxing, the quality and how much care was put to it, I must admit... everything is worth each penny. I really recommend buying online from Carolinaherrera and chcarolinaherrera.

The free gift wrapping is excellent - a lovely red box with ribbons and a card. The order arrived fairly quickly (within 5 working days). The prices on the website are competitive compared to other retailers.
