It's my first order with Carolina Herrera and The customer service associate Luanna C was a great example of a customer service communicating with the customer and solving his concern !

Tiny Error, Amazing Respionse!
Maria M. was so pleasant and professional. My order arrived missing an additional charm that was ordered. I emailed right away, and Maria M. quickly responded. Ideally CH prefers to see pictures of all packaging. Since the packaging was not damaged, I did not think to save it. Once the details of the issue were sorted out, I received my charm as ordered very quickly. Maria M. thank you for your help! Lastly my product exceeded expectations! I am very pleased.
