Comprei um kit com batom, gloss e acrescentei a argola e a inicial. Fui muito bem atendida. Giuseppe, que trabalha no setor de relacionamento, me enviou e-mail dizendo que o case do batom estava em falta e que eu poderia escolher outro para substitui-lo. Meu pedido chegou rapidamente, o case do batom veio faltando, enviei um e-mail à ele e enviei as fotos. Muito prontamente e de modo muito educado e solicito encaminhou minha solicitação. O case já está à caminho. Estou mais que satisfeita, não é só uma compra, mas uma grande experiência. Sempre tive o hábito de adquirir produtos da marca em viagens ou lojas revendedoras. Confesso que adquirir pelo website, foi uma experiência muito mais agradável. O cuidado na embalagem e a atenção dispensadas foram ímpares! Já era admiradora da marca, agora virei fã!
