Purchased an euro 1,270 bag from Carolina Herrera store located in Paris France. After only two uses, the handle broke off. Went to Carolina Herrera store in Hawaii and sent emails to their corporate customer service and spoke with a shop manager about the repair. I was basically advised that they have no customer service program to help repair their own faulty poorly made product. The handle broke off after only after two causal uses and the CH basically said, I am on my own. I think the Walmart has better service that CH. Not worth spending any money at CH.

Service is absolutely appalling. Contacted CH over a month ago due to a faulty lip gloss ring that holds the items to charms - they arranged a courier collecting and I have had to chase daily to find out what is happening. No response. Told on the 2nd Nov that a replacement would be sent, however it is now the 19th Nov and have had nothing and emails are now being ignored by Antonio in the customer service department. I am now left with a product I can’t use as designed and don’t believe this will every be resolved. Appalling communication and customer service DO NOT BUY FROM CH

Very rude customer service group and poor quality fabrics. I bought a red and white polo shirt from them for over $200 on 7/18/2021 and wore it once on 8/14/2021. When i washed the stained collar, the red ran and destroyed the white collar. A message was sent to their Customer service within 30 days of the purchase but I never got a response. When I eventually called them, the manager (on duty on 9/28/2021 at 11:10H MST) obnoxiously dismissed my claims and callously said that "they" couldn't help me now. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS GROUP!!!! THEY DON'T NEED YOUR MONEY

HORRIFIC SERVICE!! I ordered their new make up line made about 3 different orders and then got a email to say it had been dispatched with UPS. Then for about a week the tracking ID never worked, so I called them on their beauty line and was on hold for about an hour to get through to someone only to be told they were in the middle of merging their delivery company, so couldn’t give me an idea of my order. I gave one of the lipsticks to my mother as gift and ordered another one later that day for myself. Then from there on it turned into an ever WORSE experience. I received an email claiming I had to provide a ID with a photo for a fraud check. I have NEVER EVER been asked to provide a photo ID over the email for any order online nevertheless for one lipstick!! I then proceed to speak to them about this and they keep hammering on about fraud checks and how their clearly bugged system does this and the woman I spoke to on the phone had a impolite, rude tone. I asked for a refund with an email and she never sent one. I have truly had a very bad day because of them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The products are nice but the service and their website system is appalling!! I would never recommend or order from them again. Go to Harrods or try other brands. Disgusting and sort your customer service out!

I ordered a perfume from them and a week later it arrived. Prior to purchasing, I emailed them to make sure I could return the product in case I didn’t like the scent and I was told that I could do this no problem (they provide a sample so you don’t have to open the full size bottle). I was not keen on the fragrance so I emailed to ask for a return. That was a month ago. It took them 2 weeks to arrange a collection of the parcel, and it’s been a further 2 weeks since then. My money has not been refunded yet. I emailed them again 4 days ago and have been told to wait for further updates. I believe it is unacceptable for a company of this status to treat customers this way. Will not be using again and will advise friends against it also.

This brand is popular but if you try online the experience from me was totally unacceptable and bad. First I thought it was fake as they email me order was confirmed and shipped. When I track my order it said not verified from UPS. You call the number then no one picks ups for hours! Please someone complaint or tell me where to reach to them as my parcel would never arrive me and they charge you straight away! 0800 279 3190 This num for customer service no one answers you keep holding for hours.

I bought a present online on January 11th and until today (March 18th) I have not received the order. They charged my card straight away, but have failed to send me any update on my order. I have contacted Customer Service several times (by email, web forms and phone), but haven't heard back a single thing. It's completely unacceptable for a brand like CH to offer this kind of customer service.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE, Very bad customer service, after a purchase I sent many emails to make an exchange and not even a reply, bad experience 👎👎
