I advise against shopping online at the CH store. It's a terrible experience. No contact with them if you have trouble with your account. After returning the goods, you will not receive the money within 14 days. You have to ask for them many times. This company operates on the verge of the law, often breaking it. When it comes to clothes, they are for one-time use. They are of poor quality and deteriorate quickly. The buttons are not sewn, the material pills, wears out and loses its color after a few washes.

In December I purchased a $12,990 evening gown at the Carolina Herrera in Manhattan. I asked if I could take the dress home that day. They said no and that they would have it sent to me by the second week in January. By the second week in February I still hadn’t received the dress or heard from anyone at the store. By then I no longer needed the dress and filed a dispute with my credit card company. The sales people lied to my credit card company saying I took the dress home the day I purchased the dress. The lie was fraud and clearly against the law. I am still fighting them through my credit card. They are vicious liars and completely indecent people.

For the second time my wife has received a compact cover with clear scratches marked on them. I think you need to review a) your production methods, b) your handling within the production process c) quality inspection at the point of packing. The irony is that the box it came in is more pristine condition than the item it's protecting. Looking by the reviews it's amazing that you're in business at all. . What a shambles!

My worst customer service experience ever. We wanted to place a quite big order with C H. We had a lot of questions about price, shipping, etc., because the order was really extraordinary. First we tried to contact customer service by email and received information that shipping to the Czech Republic is not possible. The customer service phone number in Germany did not work, the lady in Austria was quite nice, but unfortunately she could not help us enough. Then later after a lot of chats we got an email address "corporatesales". Again we asked via email 6 weeks ago and we have not received any answer yet! An order about more then 15.000,-EUR...I wonder how this company can exist???

They are basically a scammer company. I made a purchase on December online, I made a return on time, and they never returned my money. The stole my money on my face. They said the return is delayed…. Yes, 5 months dalay as today, May 16, 2022. I saw a lot of complaint about this on this page. Please people, go to BBB and made a complaint.

***Review for ordering from Carolina Herrera UK/EU*** I placed an order for a gift from the Carolina Herrera website. The package arrived this afternoon and this is the terrible damaged state of the gift box when you open it. I'm so glad I opened to check before gifting it. You can see the damage and lack of care taken when packaging up my purchase. If you know the Carolina Herrera Confidential perfume range, then you'll know that this was an expensive purchase. Not at all what I expected. Damaged and ripped items are not acceptable. I reached out to Carolina Herrera customer services and sent them the photos. They responded that "the box can arrive damaged and there is nothing they can do, because the purpose of the gift box is to absorb any shock in transit." It is so clear looking at the photos and video of the box that this damage was not caused in transit at all. The outer box was not damaged. The damage on the inside of the gift box is clearly from lack of care. If damage took place in transit, the outer box would show signs of damage. This is not what I have experienced from other luxury brands at all. All my purchases have arrived intact with immaculate gift boxes showing the care taken by the brands and their staff. I am really disappointed and gutted that I made a purchase with Carolina Herrera. They clearly have no respect or appreciation for their customers, nor do they have exceptional customer service. This service falls below the expected minimum. I would not ever order or buy from Carolina Herrera again. It is not a brand that I trust or would give my money too.

After wheel spin I have won item which was missing when my original package came! Customer service is shocking! Ignoring every email I have sent so far.
