Without a doubt, THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced.
Unbelievable continuity of service. I was provided with pictures and videos of the machine I bought and kept abreast of my order status everyday. Truly remarkable customer service and well run business. I'd repurchase and highly recommend !!!!!!

Good product at a good price, poor communiction
I'm happy with the refurbed stepper I purchased. However, it took much longer than anticipated with no status communicated. I was interested in a companion treadmill so I emailed and called. No response.

excellent customer service on sale of stretch cage
i drove in from roanoke . crew stayed late to help disassemble and configure stretch cage into back of subaru outback . salesman ran my transaction as an internet sale because i came in from out of state saving me on taxes . thank you

Mixed Feelings
The equipment we purchased was great, on a second trip I called ahead of time to see if a piece of equipment was in the store for pick up. I was assured they had what I was looking for then I drove 55 minutes to pick it up just to be told "sorry we're currently out of that product". We've purchased a few pieces of equipment there and it's been very high quality but the staff communication needs to improve.
