Very friendly and quick to respond to…
Very friendly and quick to respond to any questions when I messaged. The only problem I encountered was I was passing through from west Virginia so I decided to stop to buy some things to save on shipping. they were sold out of nearly everything that I was after due to a sale they had the weekend prior. So a lesson learned. I should call and check on the things I am after before stopping by. I will deal with them again in the future.

Knowledgeable company
Knowledgeable company, provided excellent solutions to our Gym setup with quality equipment. They also provide preventative maintenance checks. I would recommend them to groups or people that want quality equipment. Gave them a 4 1/2 star instead of a 5 due to a need to communicate more efficiently with responses to emails.

I was well pleased with my stationary…
I was well pleased with my stationary bike purchase. The only disappointment was I was told it was bluetooth and that feature did not work. After some research I saw the bike that was sold to me was not bluetooth compatible. That was a bit of a bummer but other than that am quite happy. I was also told that new out of the box would be 2 times the cost. Looking online line he was correct if mine was the bluetooth one, but it was not so was a few hundred dollars less.

We’re sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the lack of Bluetooth. Based on our discussion while you were here we determined that Bluetooth wasn’t an option you needed and didn’t warrant spending more money to get that feature. Hence the price you paid. We are happy to discuss upgrading to the bike with the Bluetooth. Reaching your fitness goals is is the ultimate objective and we want to make sure you have the right products to get you there!

squat stand, plates and dumbbells
I always receive great service at Carolina Fitness Equipment. Chris is super helpful and always helps me find what I am looking for. My only complaint is the squat stand I picked up at Carolina Fitness equipment is extremely wobbly, unstable, and potentially dangerous.

The Squat Stand that you purchased in June for $149 is absolutely a much lighter, residential grade product than many of the commercial grade products that we carry. We’d be happy to work with you to trade in that Squat Stand towards one that is more suited to the weight you’re lifting. If you’d like to take us up on this, just swing by or give Chris a call.
