I have worked with the CFE crew since the very beginning and every time I need something they come thru! They have a great selection of equipment and it is all priced well. Great customer service and always there to help. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with.

First time visiting the Charlotte location was on Saturday. I was blown away at the level of customer service received. These folks are top notch and at a level that no big box store could ever understand. I bought several items and Scott was extremely helpful by showing me a number of different options. Krissy, finalized my purchase, was very friendly about it, and had me ready to pick up my weights and bench in hardly no time. I have already recommended this place to several of my co-workers and friends, and I will continue shopping here when I need to add to my home gym.

Everyone, David, Ralph and the receptionist who I think is Chrissy (sp) were extremely pleasant and professional. Ralph and David were very helpful and patient with us as we were trying to make the best decision on what equipment we needed and could best afford. The guys that delivered and set up our equipment were clean, professional and accommodating with our requests on helping us pick the best locations for each piece. We could not be more pleased with our buying experience and the equipment has performed as expected. Don't hesitate to do business with this company.

I have used Carolina Fitness Equipment on several different occasions. What stood out the most to me was that they came the same day and actually showed up on time. Their work was affordable, quick, and high quality.

Friendly courteous and very helpful. I pick my order up at the warehouse and except for the train blocking the entrance to the street leading to their warehouse everything went smooth.
