Scott was great. Very quick with responses to any questions.

I was initially very pleased with the customer service and my experience while buying my strencor wall mounted pull up rig. However, there were no instructions that came with the equipment which have been very helpful while putting together my squat rack and weight tree. As a result, I had to rely on a how to video from another company and it seems there bolt specifications are different than strencor's. As a result, I had much more trouble putting together my pull up rig than I should have. Instructions or how to videos would be much more convenient.

Tech was on time and completed a through maintenance on my elliptical. He was very professional and the service call was reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company.

We have been very pleased with Carolina Fitness Equipment! We bought a refurbished Precor Treadmill and we love it. The sales people were very knowledgeable and the delivery men were courteous, skilled, strong and helpful. We already had a Precor elliptical and a Carolina Fitness Equipment technician came out with a new battery which fixed our problem. Again, the technician was courteous and professional. This place is a class act and I will go back for any Fitness Equipment needs!

I had a big order close to 6000 dollars. Ralph and the rest of the staff were warm during the initial visit. They made sure that we were well taken care of. The only suggestion I would have for them is to improve their post purchase delivery issues. I had to call them on a daily basis to know the status of the delivery. Evetually, I was able to get the order in a week. I just wish I didn't have to do all of that. Overall, good purchase experience with minor issues with shipping. Products look good ; no issues.
