While I have never had a service problem with Carmel customers should know that they charge for tolls on an undiscounted basis even though they are using Easy Pass or equivalent and they are paying a discounted rate. This allows them to charge a lower amount for the ride than their competition but make it up through the profit they make on the toll charge. I have complained to them about this deceptive practice with no effect.

On time for pick up at both destinations getting us to where we needed to be in time - which was great. I was a bit disappointed as the car was just a regular car - there was NOTHING "luxury" about it - despite picking a VIP luxury sedan... It was a regular car - not like the website.

Used Carmel to go to airport. Brooked a standard car which can hold 2 golf bags and 2 small suitcases ( do this a lot with my own car). I told dispatcher that I had 2 golf bags and 2 carry on suitcases. Driver comes in a minivan and says my golf bag is large. Then he radios his base to say golf bag is large because he wants me to pay for a minivan rate. Base operator asks if it would fit in a standard size car and I said yes. Operator tells driver not to charge extra .I resent the hassle. Car ride was fine,
