We ordered a private SUV airport transfer to our hotel for $60. After picking up our bags and calling for pickup, we were told our driver would meet us at the curb in 10 minutes. After waiting at least 15 minutes, we called again and we're told a driver would be there in 5 minutes, which actually took longer than that. A taxi picked us up instead of an SUV. What the heck? The driver was fine, but we could have taken a taxi right away and for $15-$30 less. Also, I submitted an online request to Carmel for a partial refund or discount on a future trip, but received no response. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I got a quote from the Caramel App for a discounted price to the airport. (I even have a picture of the quote), I thought it was part of thier Car Cash offer, (which is very confusing and not clear how it works). But I did get a quote for $17.00 to JFK and was amazed. I also prepaid it. When I got in the car, the driver told me that was wrong, and I showed the him the quote I received. We then called the office and they were rude and said iit would never be $17.00! They added $35.00 when I got to the airport! I still have a picture of the quote if anyone wants to see it.
