Complete thieves. Did it again tonight. Try to book on the app, keeps giving you error message and then the car shows up when you’ve made alternative arrangements. No other option than canceling but you still get charged tolls and tips for a trip you never made. I had it before, gave them the benefit of the doubt but these guys have unfortunately abused the system. So will I.

Avoid at all cost. They left us stranded at our Niagara Falls Hotel when we had a CONFIRMED booking and paid for in full in advance. How dare you. You unprofessional saps. You NEVER called or text to say the driver will not be showing up-and you had my number since you made me confirm it for you while on the phone. Instead, at 301pm I had to call to find out where our driver was since the pickup time was 3pm. To only be told (after two different reps got in the phone) to tell me, I need to find another form of transportation to BUF as the driver will not be showing up. WHAT? No apology, nothing. Rude, unprofessional and completely unacceptable. This is NOT the way you run a business. I’m just sorry that our go to Chauffeur service, Blacklane does not operate in Ontario Canada. Now that is a chauffeur service we have never been let done with. I will NEVER use your service ever again. Do everyone a favor and do something else as you obviously don’t know how to run a Chauffeur service.

Service has gone downhill! I’ve been booking with Carmel for over 10 years but after this last trip, it’s a hard pass. Both drivers for two separate trips were 15-20 minutes late. It really added to the stress of getting to and from the airport. I won’t be booking with them again.

Terrible customer service. I rented through this company because it said I could cancel four hours before the activity and still receive a refund. I was flying from Las Vegas to New York City and my flight was canceled four times because of weather I canceled 12 hours prior to the activity and did not receive a refund taxi drivers are more dependable for the same cost. Do not use limo.

I had booked and confirmed a fare ($69.50) to go from the Chelsea area of NY to the Newark airport. Got there (after having risked an accident because the driver was distracted) I had to pay $92 PLUS TIP! When it should have been all inclusive. And he didn't want me to pay by credit card! Then I received the receipt for only $69.50 via email. Bad service. I advise against it. Very very upset. I'm working bad reviews about them everywhere, hoping to help other people to avoid the same misadventure.

Prenotata e pagata in anticipo per andare da Newark a Manhattan il 30/7/23 (2 adulti e 2 bambini) ma l’autista non si è presentato nel luogo dell’appuntamento. È stato contattato una prima volta in cui ha detto che dove stavamo aspettando era chiuso (peccato che era pieno di macchine e taxi). Ci ha detto di andare in un altro posto ma non c’era nemmeno li. Poi lo abbiamo chiamato al telefono molte volte ma non ci ha più risposto. Ai numeri del sito non rispondeva nessuno. La mattina dall’Italia avevo mandato una mail per avvisare che il volo era in ritardo (anche se loro lo sanno già perché al momento della prenotazione bisogna mettere il numero del volo) ma non mi hanno mai risposto.Dopo un’ora di attesa siamo stati costretti a prendere un taxi giallo che abbiamo pagato molto di più. Complimenti per il servizio! Hanno emesso un rimborso dopo 15 giorni e numerose telefonate ma è nettamente inferiore alla quota pagata in anticipo.

The absolute worst! We had an SUV booked and they sent us a mini van. The van was extremely dirty. Then the driver demanded a big tip which is highly unprofessional. Worst experience yet w a car service.

The Worst service and they should really get 0 stars. After waiting 50 min for our ride and talking to customer “service” 3 times, they cancelled our car without informing us!
