We recently were in New York City. We had a car reserved for 3 different occasions. We had issues with the second reservation, but they immediately gave us a $12 credit that was applied to the 3rd reservation. I was very pleased with this service and will definitely use it if and when we return to the city.

Easy making reservation, on time pickup, smooth and perfect ride to EWR, friendly and helpful driver. I always count on Carmel to get me where I need to go and when.

I was a prepaid on-line car service from LGA to Manhattan Upper East Side & Return. The drivers were responsive, courteous & professional. The driver from East Side to LGA took the shortest, fastest route without prompting. This is important to prepay customers. The driver easily met all my Rider Rights.

I needed a car with ailing elderly man for a trip to hospital emergency room . Carmel arrived within 15min of call got me promptly there Driver helped both getting into & exiting car Altho I am being compensated for writing review ..would do nevertheless & will call Carmel for future need
