I have been using Carmel for at least six years, and I still love the door-to-door service, the actual road trip, the drivers’s safe driving, timely pick-up arrivals, and the professional friendliness of the drivers. My friends and I use this service for out-of-town travel and have found the cost to be fair, efficient, and worthwhile. I am very pleased with Carmel Car and Limousine.

Booking by phone quick and included all fees. Agent handled discount coupon and sent email confirmation of booking. Driver on time waiting for us, car clean, trip was especially quick, and driver helpful with baggage.

Car arrived ahead of time was extremely comfortable and clean, driver pleasant, The price was better than other car services in NYC. I also had a coupon so I saved another $3. I had to reserve using the phone though. I had a problem with their website

I got into JFK yesterday afternoon from oversea it was a rainy day. I went to the transportation desk and got a car ordered up. It appeared within 7 minutes, as promised. The driver was nice and effective and got me where I needed to go. The car was spotless. The price was reasonable, far more reasonable then any of the possible competitors. Carmel is my "go-to" to get to and from NYC airports. This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it. I would have given this review anyway. Steve

My driver was early. He was polite and considerate and helped me with my luggage and opened the door. A seamless quick trip to the airport. This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it. Will definitely use them again!

The driver arrived earlier than expected so that we has enough time to put our luggage. He explained the toll fare.
