Carla JewelryReviews of carla-jewelry.com

Do NOT purchase from this company. Far from being hand crafted the item I purchased was mass produced in China. It bore little resemblance to the photo. Very cheap looking. When I attempted to return it they didn't provide instructions for literally months. When they finally did the return address was in China and it would have cost nearly as much to send it back as the original price. I will donate it. Perhaps some child will like it.

Customer service is atrocious. My order of necklace arrived damaged and the vintage silver ring tarnished. Cheap rubbish. I had an email from Carla saying she would sort it. Nothing from her. I stand by my review

DON'T SHOP HERE PLEASE 🙏 If you want to know why read on. I did respond to Carla Jewellery and provided them with all the information they requested, to date I've not heard back. The images online aren't what you receive. I'm also what happened to the closing down sale. Fake company. Carla Jewellery is not all it appears. This company sells knowingly inferior items from the images online. What I saw was not what arrived. After various emails attempting to address this it resulted in nothing other than a lot of eager apologetic responses. There's no sign that this company is closing down despite the bleeding heart messages on the website. I hoped this company would have demonstrated some professionalism and care for their customers. Not a company I would recommend to anyone or purchase from again. Jamie 🍍 I did email Carla Jewellery and reminded them of my experience and how they had responded poor as well as dismissing my response. I haven't heard back. I wonder if this will jog there memory. I wouldn't touch the company with a barge pole again. I might accept a refund and alter my review. Not holding my breath though. Jamie 🍍

Constantly ignoring my emails. Have had to pass this onto my bank to deal with. Absolutely shocking…. Do not deal with them.

Had a reply from Carla jewellery about my hug pendants saying email me. So I emailed as I have done several times previously, and nothing, no reply. I ordered an owl ring which went missing 10th August and again with that order no response. AVOID AT ALL COST. Bogus company, rubbish products and no response to emails. So far this has coat me £56.20 and all I want is my money back. Please do not make the same mistake I have just save your money

It’s a good thing she’s going out of business. I ordered a pair of earrings. They were broken when they arrived. I ordered the same thing again. They also arrived broken. I requested a refund. Have not received it. Have contacted them multiple times. No replies, no refund. What a scam!

Items not as described . Por quality plastic child like . Earing neckace dragonfly set stones different colours. Cheap earing fittings one earing clasp faulty. Emailed within half hour of delivery to request refund returns procedure no reply. Think I will be requesting charge back through bank as have a feeling won't get a response. False claims on website. I ordered vintage silver earrings. They are most certainly not vintage and can be picked up by magnet, so not silver. They are cheap and nasty. Cannot send an email as the address given just sends message to outbox . Do not buy from this seller. Order no CJ136067. What a scam!0
