Complete scam site and waste of money. The "handmade" earrings received are nothing like the ones advertised, the "gemstones " are glued on plastic that resemble childrens costume jewelry that I wouldn't pay more than 1$ for. Arrived damaged, in a plastic bag. Total trash, no reply from customer service. The "contact us" page is full of typos and clearly not the real Carla. Avoid at all cost!

Wish I could have given no stars. I have been dealing with this company for over 2 weeks. I purchased a ring set only to receive one that was not even remotely close to the same thing. I have been very patient with them but now they are not responding to my emails. All I want is the jewelry I paid for. They said they would give me a discount or they would give me a piece of jewelry free. We'll it sure won't be free because I paid for it. They are still advertising the set I purchased on their website and it says only 7 left. So I don't understand why cant they just send me one of those instead of trying to put me off. I offered to send back the wrong one they sent at their cost because it was not my mistake. I would tell people to stay away from them. I should have ordered it from Grace jewelry. But if these are hand made with love how come you can get the same exact set on other sellers websites.

The jewelery is plastic and cheap. No where did it say the pieces I purchased were plastic. Also, I am not sure I believe the going out of business tactic. It leads one to believe that it is actually good jewelery. I cannot speak for the other pieces but for what I bought I can. I do not recommend this company.

somewhere along the checkout process they sneakily added a $`10 gift certificate on an ad I responded to for apparently another deception that they were offering closeout prices because "Carla" was going out of business. Another social media ad scam I have now learned to avoid. When immediately asking to have the gift card cancelled, they responded days later that sorry can't do that. Very deceptive business

Cheap looking jewellery for far too much. Plastic 'stones', something you could pick up at the $2 shop rather than paying $40 for an apparently on sale handmade item. Absolute scam!

All highly suspicious. Is Carla really retiring and does she actually exist. This is very similar to 'watch scams' where the supposed owner claims to be retiring after years in the business and yet we have never heard of them before. Websites for these old established company's tend to be very new. How strange. I bet Carla is not who is photographed and moreover has not been in the jewellery business for any length of time Positive reviews are doubtful with many giving positive support for similar suspect operations or have they been created like Carla As for the jewellery well look elsewhere for very similar if not exactly the same priced at a fraction of Carla's prices e.g. dog hug necklaces at £2-£3. Does she make it ? No, mass produced and shipped in from China meaning returns are very expensive outweighing the cost of purchase If Carla does reply will 'she' address these points ? Even more doubtful. Well there you go, standard Ai reply not addressing anything.

I bought the girl and gold dog necklace for my daughter in law as they had just lost their border terrier of 15 yrs. She cried when I gave it her as it meant so much. 1st time it was worn the little dog was lost. Why is it not attached solidly? Very disappointed!
