I have nothing positive to say about this company. First there was a delay in the shipping time. When I inquired, I was told there was a shipping problem. When the package finally arrived, the outer envelope had a hole in the bottom. The necklace was knotted & the dog charm had detached. The gold ring was missing! “Carla” has refused to replace or refund though I have reached out by email many times. So they have my money & I have a broken necklace & no ring! So disappointing.

My order never arrived and despite sending many emails no-one ever responded.

Absolute junk was supplied. After many emails they agreed to refund me if I returned the product to China, even though it shipped from Australia to me. I did return there product and I never received my refund and now I get no replies to my email. Complete scam artists.

Absolutely shocking. False advertisements. What you see is NOT what you get. The advertised ring image I bought, has been stolen from another site. Supposed to be an aquamarine ring. I ended up with grey shitty plastic. Don't waste your money or time on this site

Nasty looking, cheap plastic, must be an excellent photographer to make it look so nice on the web site. Even at the "reduced" price, the pieces I received weren't worth a quarter the price I paid for them

I purchased the dog hug necklace and earrings. I purchased 2 sets as one set was a gift for a friend. The earrings were unwearable as the clasps were faulty and wouldn't close. Carla Jewellery asked for photos, which I sent and then they just stopped replying. I followed up half a dozen times but no response. Zero after sales support and I didn't think the items were good quality. Very disappointed. There were other items on the website that I originally also wanted to purchase but in light of this bad experience, I am hesitant to buy from them again.

Poor quality, nothing like the on line pictures, presentation terrible neck lace and earrings came in small plastic bags, l bought these as a gift .

Not like the pic on website of necklace. Cheap looking necklace small not worth what I paid for it was very disappointed when it got delivered today. On photo on website looked a big necklace on a good quality chain. This nothing like the necklace I got today. Wouldn't order anything from this company again. Wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't turn my neck green don't even this it's really siver. Scam
