SCAM. DONT BUY IT. Awful quality and definitely not what i was expecting, especially considering the price i paid. The earings are made of wood with a transfer or printed pattern applied. Not much handcrafted quality here to talk of. Worth about a tenth of the value you would pay as a customer at best in my opinion. I feel let down and ripped off with my shipped from China purchase.

My partner had brought me the humming bird pendant which looks beautiful only when you receive it..it's absolutely rubbish you would probably get better from a pound store or market..I thought it was absolutely misleading consumer's...it's plastic he was very annoyed that he got scammed. Do NOT buy it...

Very disappointed with the earrings. They certainly don't look handmade! It looks like they have come from Temu! Certainly won't be buying any more. Owner retiring..... debatable l feel.

Received my hummingbird earrings on 3rd September & one was broken. Contacted the company on the same day & sent footage as proof. I requested a refund & how to return the items, but due to intermittent replies & stalling, Carla Jewelry has made sure that they have well & truely past the 30 days return policy. Feeling very angry that I've probably been "taken-in" by what seems like a total scam!!

Took 2 weeks to arrive. I ordered the hug necklace which was cheap Temu quality. A reindeer necklace where the chain arrived knotted and reindeer earrings where they arrived bent. I have contacted support to ask for the returns procedure and have unsurprisingly heard nothing back. All items arrived in small plastic bags. Definitely not hand made, cheap quality, you can actually find some of it on Temu! Total rip off for what I paid, I will be requesting a charge back from my bank.

The picture of my purchase is nothing like the item that has arrived. It’s poor quality tiny and cheap looking. I ordered the girl with a dog as a gift for someone. I will be embarrassed to pass it on.

Not statement pieces hand-crafted as suggested in their marketing pictures. Cheap, imitation arrived exactly the same one that can be purchased from Temu, but at a tenth of the price. Misleading, buyers beware. Some customers may be given nice, legitimate pieces in between others orders, from the reviews read it's certainly hit & miss, not in a good way. A very dissatisfied, ripped off customer here... lesson learnt! Definitely a scam from the experience I encountered.

Carla's Jewelery is a scam. I ordered item and when they eventually arrived they were of particularly poor quality. They were claimed to be hand made. The moonstone necklace was coloured glass. I have spent nearly 2 weeks trying to get a return address. Eventually it came, saying I had 2 weeks to return. The return address is China! This explains the poor quality and the length of time it took to arrive. Don't waste your money. I feel really stupid.
