I am SUPER dissatisfied with the quality of the pieces I have received. Plastic humming birds, ear rings no backs. The owls faces stuck together and not in place. They were stuck together and not in place. $50 plus is out of line as for value. Who assembles these pieces? Is there a return policy? Thank you David Bonnett

My wife’s pendant of the little girl caressing her dog finally arrived. What a disappointment. It’s something that you might get in a box of Cracker Jacks. One would need a magnifying glass to see what it was. Not at all like the picture in their advertisement. Save your money and spend it elsewhere!

We ordered a hummingbird necklace and earring set. They looked so beautiful in the pictures, which present a whole different product. The received product as a one dimensional, NOT stained glass, all plastic with an obvious plastic outline. This is a cereal box item, not fine jewelry. Their telephone number for customer service is out of order. A refund request was sent via email and it has gone unanswered. The original product was shipped from an address in FL but had no company name on return address. A small amount of investigative work reveals this is a Chinese company, NOT a small boutique that is going out of business. I am being bombarded with Facebook ads for this company. FB ignores requests to halt their advertising and they continue to delete my bad comments from their review pages.

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the hug dog necklace. The silver colored metal is just a blob. It doesn't look like the girl in the website. The gold colored metal does look like a dog. I was planning to buy 5 more for Christmas gifts, but not now. I contacted customer service at Carla's Jewelry as they requested. After 10 business days, they have NOT responded. This company is TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY ANTYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This is a BS company. They now advertise themselves as Laura's Jewelry with exactly the same ad and picture as Carla's. The picture of what I order was very deceiving. When I received it I couldn't even tell what the object was without a magnifying glass. I emailed and asked to return the merchandise. They said that they were very busy and it would be difficult to process a refund but the would give me a 20% or a store credit on other jewelry. I responded that I would like a full refund. No further communication, even after several more emails The other issue is that they claimed I ordered two necklaces. I did not. I sent an email as soon as I received the confirmation indicating that I ordered Two. No response for 5 days. They claimed that my email went to spam, and the order had already been process and it was too late. I was stuck with it.

Total ripoff. What you receive is no where near the product they show on their website. Avoid this scam.
