Carla JewelryReviews of carla-jewelry.com

I bought several items from this place, in hope to give it to my wife, but now after seeing the products , I will have to give it to my 7 years old daughter, which I don't mind if she loses them. They are not made of glass or stone, its plastic. It's a misleading adv. images of product, its not what you get. These staff are made for small kids, not adult. I wasted my money!

Cheap plastic junk. Bought the hummingbird pendant as a surprise gift for my mom. It’s just a piece of plastic with colors stuck on. Barely fit for a gumball dispenser. Even worse that they promote the story of “Carla shutting down her shop after so many years.” Shameful.

Ordered Owl earrings more than one month ago. Item never arrived, wrote numerous emails over the last 3 weeks after “delivery attempt failed” message on item tracking. NO RESPONSE. Apparently I’ve been scammed for approximately $35.

I would give zero stars if I could. Products are misrepresented on the website and are not of the quality expected when received. Upon contacting the company several times regarding a return and refund, I received an email backing stating they are reviewing the request. But we have had no response since for over two weeks regardless of continued emails to the company. This site is a scam selling LOW quality items and basically has NO customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Thanks for the reply but I've already contacted the company customer service about 4 times with no resolution. And the only response received back was we have your request, and someone will contact you.HA!

I purchased two pairs of earrings from the website. They arrived within about 2.5 weeks and they were of the worst quality - SO VERY cheap looking, I will never wear them. They looked nothing like the website photos. When I emailed them to make a return - I received an "automated" reply of Carla's Jewelry "assuring" me that someone would get back with me shortly. Since then (2 weeks later) and FOUR emails later - I STILL have not heard back from them as to how I return these unwearable, VERY cheap looking earrings that were hardly worth the money I spent. Couldn't be more disappointed with their quality and customer service. Absolutely HORRIBLE business practices. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Do not be fooled by this site. My reply to CARLA'S JEWELRY REPLY COMMENT on 11/10/25 : Carla, as I stated above I have already sent FOUR emails to your customer's service department and I have not gotten any reply about how to return these items for a full refund. I've only gotten an automated message (ONCE only) saying "someone will get back to me shortly". It's been 2 weeks since I received my package & I first contacted your customer service the day it was delivered. This is terrible customer service (& unfortunately these are not quality products when compared to your online photos). I truly would just like to return these for a refund...please. I will be happy to take this review down once I get my refund. Order #CJ48826

Ordered beautiful necklace and matching earrings. Took about a month to recieve them. When I received the packages one of the earings was broken. I have tried for over 2 week to get in touch with them and all I ever get is a standard reply about how busy they are and will reach out to me. The chain with matching necklace feels light ad cheaply made. I would never order from them again,

Quality not as expected, and customer service doesn't seem to exist. I ordered a few different pieces from the retirement sale, including a pretty hummingbird necklace and matching earrings. They looked like stained glass on the website, but they're actually just flat plastic. So I tried to return them, and my emails have been ghosted. I'd avoid them, honestly.

The website is a scam. I got sucked in. The jewelry they advertise as "hand-crafted with love" is cheap Chinese crap, worth maybe 1/10 of their supposed 80% off closing sale price. I'm adding to this review after their response: If you doubt that Carla's Jewelry is a scam, search them out on on Youtube. People have posted videos about them. Their website is relatively new, and yet they're having an 80% off going out of business sale. On their return & refunds page, they talk about "subscription products." How is jewelry a subscription product? There is verbiage like this: "If, after using our products, you find them unsatisfactory and ineffective in providing relief, we will promptly refund the full amount you paid." Their website is a template site that they modified to sell jewelry, but they forgot to update sections of it. The "hand crafted with love" hummingbird necklace I bought that supposedly retails for $150 is a piece of plastic. I stand by my review. Buyer beware.
