Carla JewelryReviews of carla-jewelry.com

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Picture shows the original finely crafted sculptural piece of jewelry. They have now taken a photo of that and inlaid the photo in plastic coating. This is what they send you. A cheap knock-off.

I placed an order for a necklace. No confirmation email, no communication of any kind. I reached out multiple times with what appeared to be AI generated responses. They have my $29.99 that certainly cleared. They confirm that I have an order and my payment and some lame excuse that each piece is handmade and takes up to 5 days to process. Feel like I've been scammed. My last communication has yet to receive a response from them. I'd stay away. I will never purchase from them again. 2/11 I get the AI response from their customer service to reach out to them. I figure it's an AI response because in my original review I mentioned that I have not had a response from them. I have sent them another email, but still no response. I've been ghosted by the customer service. I now either want the product or a refund and they cant even respond. Terrible customer service and a sham of a company. Stay away!!

Another Chinese Company Scam Operation!! DO NOT ORDER from this vendor!! Never received 2 pairs of earrings ordered. FAKE COMPANY!!!

So disappointed! The items I received were Dollar Store quality, and definitely not worth even with the 80% off discount. They look like they were made in China, not handcrafted as the site says. The dangling earrings didn't even come with the hooks attached! They were in a cheap plastic bag. I spent $90 for these for gifts and would return them if I had time to replace them. I hope someone reads this so they don't get scammed. I should have read reviews first Follow up: When they did contact me it was the same nonsense as others have reported- since they are closing they can't take things back (even though it says 30 day money back guarantee). Was able to resolve through my credit card company who covers fraud.

I wrote a previous review when the item I ordered was never delivered and Carla‘s ‘support team’ would not respond to my emails. Amazingly after I wrote the negative review they responded and offered to send me out a replacement since I had a picture showing the delivery person’s ‘proof of delivery’ was only a picture taken from outside the building. It’s now been over two weeks since that email exchange - I have not received a replacement, I have not been provided a tracking number, and all of my follow up emails have been ignored. This company does not care about customer service there is no follow-through and they do not care if you ever receive what you ordered once you’ve given them your money. This company is a scam do not buy from them. Of course they just responded to this review with the same automated response I got last time yet they haven’t responded to any of the emails I sent to customer care in the past 2+ weeks. I repeat this company is a scam.

This company is a scam!!!! DO NOT send them any money. This is a fraud site. They stole money from my daughter. Thank you for the reply. I sent 7 emails to customer service already with only one reply. This has been going on since before Christmas. My daughter paid out of her allowance for a pair of hummingbird earrings with a matching necklace for my wife for Christmas, and it never came in. Awesome explaining that to a child.

I ordered 3 pairs of earrings from Carla. It took over 3 weeks for the order to arrive. One didn't match the photo from the website and was of poor quality and another pair had defective clasps. I wrote requesting to return the items and got a response they were closing and unable to accept returns. I was offered a partial refund on one but never got it. The other has had no response whatsoever after trying again. This is bad business. Don't be lured in by their sales.

Got scammed by this website for sure. Ordered the hummingbird necklace and the dog with little girl necklace. As soon as I paid I knew it was a scam and luckily didn’t spend too much. Arrived today and ole Carla is certainly not hand making these cheap looking plastic shrinky dink items. I will chalk it up to knowing better but did it anyway. Beware and don’t fall for their poor me closing my store. It’s China junk period.
