So far I rate them a 1. I ordered four pair of earrings. Coming from a company I understand is in California, I find it incredibly difficult to find that although I ordered them June 25, 2026, here it is July 12 and they’re still in transit! Really? Are you walking them across the country? I will think twice about ordering from them again. There have been no updates since July 1. Not happy. I hope they arrive. An update: earrings finally arrived, and the “silver” earrings were a cheap metal. One of the clasps was broken. They replaced it quickly enough, but they are NOT the quality earrings they advertise. Overpriced for the quality. Buyer beware!

Don't buy the hummingbird necklace .. it's really really bad Yeah .. proves I'm still not too old to get fleeced. Hummingbird necklace is nothing like the picture. Just a mass produced cheap looking bit of plastic very disappointed. Wanted to support a local artisan .. ended up giving my money to what I suspect is a reseller. Not sure we should fall for the old "heading for retirement" line either. suspect Carla might not be the dear old craftswoman pottering away with her pliers. Yet another dropshipper scam website

Do not be fooled by this Company. Firstly they are not retiring/closing down. Although their items are marked as "in stock" They are not! They are manufactured outside the UK and require customs clearance from both exporting and importing countries. The item I ordered was not collected by the courier until 4 days after I was emailed to say it had been shipped. It is now somewhere but who knows where it is. Customer service response take 3 days and they just fob you off! Having to buy my wife another birthday present, They are a con and a disgrace!

Beware this is a fraudulent business, LM Global (Merchant Payment ID 4029357733) portraying to be based in the USA selling handmade products that are poor quality, mass produced and overpriced as compared to other sellers on Etsy, etc. Unfortunately, I got scammed and made a purchase. Payments go to a company in Hong Kong. Their story online about it being hand crafted is fake- unfortunately stolen identity of another authentic lady jeweller named Carla who closed their business in 2025, dealing in real custom jewellery with real diamonds and gems. Can you please confirm their address for returns before buying? The registered address on their Facebook site 2435 Evergreen Lane, Clovis, CA, USA does not exist on Google maps. Other reviews here confirm they their customer service is shocking. AI bots generating replies here too

I would give a zero if that were an option! The photos are so misleading. They make it look like the 2 wings are on each side of the hummingbird, and that each section of the piece is separated by a raised edge, like stained glass. What I got was a flat piece of plastic that looks like those "Shrink-its" toys my kids used to make in the oven. And the earrings are ridiculously big. The chain is ugly and cheap. The claw clasp is hard to open and is much stiffer than clasps on other jewelry I have bought for similar prices. I would send it back, but from the customer service reviews, it sounds like that would just be setting myself up for insult in addition to injury. I will never buy anything from this company again!

Never received my order from May 6th. To BBB.I have emailed you 7 times and it’s always the same. We are working on your request. No thank you. You never follow through.

For $24.99 I deserve more than a piece of junk jewelry. Both pieces were broken. I feel like I had the money stolen from me. I could have spent $5 at Temu and at least gotten something I could wear a few times. Piece of junk and I’m not done writing reviews.
