Products are amazing, but they make a big deal about their rewards without sharing that, unlike other companies, the money you earn as rewards cannot be combined with any order that has discounts (i.e. earned rewards can only be put toward full price items). Given this is atypical, this should be disclosed more when advertising their rewards program as my motivation to use it has now gone away.

I ordered the Duvet comforter and was happy with it until I tried to order a DUVET to go over it. I didn't like the choice & cost Cariloha had to offer so I went online to order a duvet and could not find the size of the Duvet comforter from Cariloha 110x96. I have looked at every online store with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm at my wits end.

I called to get my sheets replaced after one month of use they were worn and started to tear. They said they would not send me another set, even though at time of purchase we were told everything from Cariloha had a lifetime warranty. We spent alot of money at Cariloha. Regular sheets last longer then bamboo sheets' they only lasted a month. We also purchased the Cariloha mattress for $3000.00, pillows, towels, pants, shirts, socks and right down to the panties. And that will be our last purchase from Cariloha. Will not even go in the store! Spending upwards of $150 on a pair of sheets is totally ridiculous but made sense with the lifetime warranty. You can purchase sheets for $50 bucks and they will last way longer then these $150 Carilohas.
