I’ve had multiple orders fulfilled from them both with and without issue. I’ve never had items missing and have always gotten a response from customer service from 2023-2025. The first few orders, all were late but I got shipping info. The next orders I got no shipping info ever but most were early. What I didn’t like was the damage my last few orders came in. The box was smashed, the bags of chips crushed and/or popped open. I complained and was offered a discount code, but all I really wanted was for them to do better. I wanted to place an order again and now see the shop is down as well as the abysmal reviews and experiences other people have had. It’s not been my experience but it wouldn’t surprise me if they were all true given they would never give me a shipping notice and orders were behind frequently enough.

Placed an order in February and have not received any confirmation….emailed and called multiple times but no response. This is my 5th time trying to use this company and 2out of the 5 orders were fulfilled or reimbursed…This time my email are being rejected.

Didn't receive product and can't get a hold of anyone.

I placed an order for cheese straws on February 12th, 2026. Today is April 21th 2026. Where is my order? You advertised under new management a few months back, that's the only reason I placed this order. I thought shipment would be faster than the previous management that took months to ship an order. Please ship my order AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you.

Maybe at one point this was a legitimate business, but as it stands, leaving this website running while not filling orders is robbery. I placed an order on 5/April/2026 and as of today (the 15th) I have received no update on my order. This would be fine if there was some sort of communication to clarify the reason for the delay and that there would be a resolution; this is not the case. Thankfully I made my order through PayPal, so I’m going through the help centre there and will hopefully get my money back, but I cannot stress it enough to not order from this site.

Feb. 5, 2026 I placed an order . As of this writing, 11 Apr. 2026, I have not received my order. I have tried the chat, emailed, called a number I googled. Nothing .THE MOST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will be cancelling my order. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE!

Placed an order for almost $400 since January 26th. After a month and a half received some of the items and this was after sending multiple emails and getting several promises. Still, as of today have not received the balance of my order. And they are not returning Calls or emails. I am so disappointed with this company now since I have ordered in the past with minor issues, and spending thousands of hard earned money with them but still continued to work with them in support of my country and wanting to see them flourish. Heartbroken, but I will have to end our business relationship. 1

Took a month to get half my order after I threatening to call my bank and cancel payment. Still waiting on the rest. Will not answer emails. I've left over 20 now in the past 1.5 months. Won't fall for their game again.
