Amazing so far
This is my 6th flight with Caribbean Airlines. All were travels within Trinidad and Tobago. Amazing onboarding services. I was quite impressed with the staff decorum and professionalism. Considering that cultural influences (voice tone, body language etc- but respectful), may miscommunicate intentions and correspondence. However, I had a smooth transition with this Airlines. Even though I was terrified with the conditions of some the flights I have travelled in. Lol. The timely updates on how my luggages are being handled was very comforting. I love Caribbean Airlines and hope they can improve on their quality of carriers.
