I booked my flight to go back to Tobago. I get to airport and they are telling me they gave my flight away and I have to go pay 100 dollars to get on stand by. This is such a scam. The government needs to stop this scam. Apparently you have to get to airport 2 hrs ahead. So there you go. If your flight at 6 pm. You have to be in the line by 3:30 pm. If you want to be on your flight at 6 pm. Such a scam. They have no shame. I am absolutely disgusted.

Worst experience 3 times in a row ,rude gate employees at JFK including supervisor, will NEVER USED CARIBBEAN AIRLINES EVER AGAIN…Delta Airlines and American Airlines my choice of airlines.

This scammy airline denied my relative entry onto a flight because she did not have a return booked. They are refusing to refund the coast of the flight. We have not had this issue with flair, westjet or air Canada. Stay away from Caribbean airlines.

I had to pay for an extra piece of luggage the attendant told me 40USD, I took out my 40dollarsUS and gave it to her, she said to me she has to write up the receipt cause her printer is down. I took the receipt ans proceeded to my gate. Whilst seated i heard my name calling to check with the attendant at gate A7, for her to tell me that the attendant i paid is saying I did not pay her she is not seeing the money and the cameras show that I did not pay. This got me furious cause I know I had only 180USD and when I checked my purse there was 140USD after the payment, so in order for me to get on rhe plane I had to pay another 40USD. This is an injustice and an embarrassment. Ms Shamilia at the Caribbean Airlines cashier counter. You need to pay attention ans do your job, stop sleeping on the job. Thanks to the attendant at Gate A7, I eventually got my money back. Do better than that Caribbean Airlines, its the only airline service I use when I travel but now I have doubts. Sigh* Aggravated customer!

I am writing this to warn other travellers about the total lack of customer service from Caribbean Airlines. My flight from London to Antigua and then to POS amd return was severely delayed/cancelled, leaving me and my contingent completely stranded at the airport.Despite the lengthy delay, Caribbean Airlines provided absolutely zero support. Ground staff failed to give out any food or drink vouchers on our inbound flight and our outbound flight we were left stranded in Antigua overnight and staff failed to arrange overnight accommodation or transport. We were left entirely on our own to figure out basic food and shelter with no communication or updates from the airline.This is a complete failure of their duty of care to passengers. I pursuing a formal claim for all our out-of-pocket expenses and it was refused. I want to warn anyone considering booking with this airline: if something goes wrong, they will abandon you

Please don’t fly with them! Horrible experience! I went from NY - Trinidad- ST Lucia and they said for safety reason the airplane was too heavy. Cool . I will get my luggage back in 24 hours. Wrong! It took 4 days with no clothes I had to buy clothes. So upset and guess what it was Carnival. Omg! Finally after 4 days my bags came. I reached out to the Manager Anessa and she said we give you $40 dollars after I sent her 5 emails of the matter. Insult $40 dollars I brought clothes because I had nothing to wear do you understand me Anessa I guess not so I am voicing my experience and advise everyone not to fly with them. If you do take your luggage, don’t be stuck please. The nice people that live there said they always lose luggage like this is something they do all the time . Be aware!

The staff at Toronto pearson should learn how to speak proper English. The condescending tone of a Spanish worker was so sickening and her instruction to be at the gate at 10:40pm, several times repeating the same thing was unnecessary. I heard the staff in the plane say if we need anything just ask. The stewardess was right next to me with the cart and I needed a glass of water so bad.i asked and she refused saying that the man will serve me. She was serving too. The man was making drinks and I had to wait so long. The food was finally coming and it smelled like KFC! What i hot was some shitty bread heated up with chicken bologna. I spit it out right away. The seat was so uncomfortable.

I purchase a round trip ticket for travel from JFK to TAB nonstop. This ticket normally cost more than a ticket with 1 stop in POS. My returned flight was cancelled without any advance noticed and I was rebooked with a 1 stop connection without any option for an adjustment to the cost of the ticket. That cancellation cost me the following, 1 days pay ( $450. US ); A Delta airlines 1 way ticket from JFK to DCA ( $249. US ); 1 night stay at guesshouse ( $ 250. TT ); 1 night stay at a NY hotel ( $280. US ). At Caribbean airlines when I reached out to get this address, I was told to go online and submit my issues but the online site does not work. This appears to be a pattern, cancelling flights without regard for customer hardship, and customer service is non-existent.
