We had to return as slightly damaged. Also we were not happy to find on a red slip in the package that the bar could not be depended on to hold you if you put your full weight on it. We did not know this until we received the package and found the red slip in the package with this info. Our refund has been processed and we are satisfied with the promptness of this.

Chair opening is too large. Size description should have had a minimum weight as well as a maximum. A smaller chair should have been available to order.

Did you discuss this product and your specific needs with one of our customer service reps? Maximum weight capacity is the question we get asked 99 percent of the time. The delay caused hardship for us.

I ordered a rolling bath chair two weeks ago. The order was confirmed immediately but without an expected arrival time. To date I have received not other communication outside of this request for a review of service. This is a product where time is of the essence.

Shannon. Apologies for the long time receiving the product. We do note on MJM Chairs and it is noted on the chair you ordered that they usually leave the warehouse in 4 business days. In your case it was 5 days. With 2 weekends between your order and delivery I understand it seemed like an eternity. We are considering dropping the MJM line of shower chairs because we tend to have unhappy customers with the long delivery times.

Sent wrong parts for our application and got the run around trying to order the needed pieces.

Paul. I understand that we sent the parts per the original order but modifications needed to be made at your location. We will continue to work with you on helping fix the problem. I do want to point out, however, that the order was correctly shipped. With complex orders like handicap door openers, these types of installation issues can occur. Having just received photos of your install problems yesterday, we believe that the "getting the run around" statement is unfair.

We ordered you product with the plum colored seat or backrest. We received gray. We were disappointed to receive the wrong color. Otherwise our experience was good.
