carelinx provides a much needed service to the senior population. the service is monitored and has regular follow-up of the services provided.

CareLinx has been very helpful. It was the beginning of home care for my husband and has given me relief while researching and determining care for the future.

Everyone who has provided care for our family member has been great! The app, messaging and “paperwork” are easy to use.

They have been very proactive, courteous and supportive during this terrible disease.

I am disappointed when I call client case manager and left message that my call is not returned so as to work out a problem. I also asked that case managers read my profile so they will learn of what I can and cannot do to aid clients. I cannot drive so clients with transportation needs I will be unable to assist. With this being the case, case managers have no need in contacting me with jobs requiring transportation fo a client.

My Carelinx Advisor, Yvette, has been instrumental in navigating the needs with me of a specific client. She always answers her phone promptly or returns my calls quickly. This particular client, who I so enjoy working with has posted challenges to both Yvette and me from the first week of working for him. Three months later, we finally have come up with solutions that he is completely satisfied with. I look forward to hearing from Yvette as she is positive, resourceful, and very easy to talk to. Please thank Yvette for being an excellent role model!
