I’m finally working with CareLinx feeling confident that I understand it enough to work on my own without support. I started in late May, it is now early July. It is difficult to get started and learn the protocol. To be assigned a specific mentor would be helpful. The people who contact me with potential good job postings often don’t refer to my profile and connect me with someone who requires a service I do not provide. This can waste a tremendous amount of time for everyone. Once I am hired by a client I have had wonderful experiences and made heart warming connections.

Great company to work for. There just could be better communication with the clients and employees.
