New Port Lucy Florida employee Heather Odum Brunton posted several TikTok videos, mocking and celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk and the Anniversary of said death. I understand and respect that everyone has a 1st Amendment Right. However, her behavior has zero class and is absolutely disgusting. If these are the kind of people CareLinx employs, then I would definitely take my business elsewhere. If this is how they act publicly on Social Media, I can only imagine how bad they treat their clients in Private. DO NOT USE CARELINX!!!!

My care taker Haddy is warm, friendly and professional. She is willing to help in anyway I need her. I appreciate her.

No follow up from caregivers or the administration

The people are nice but can sometimes be hard to get a hold of. They didn't have anyone in our area and took a long time to find someone. That person never showed up. So we found someone and they hired her. Once she was on board with them it's been fine. We deal with her and they're kind of a technicality.
