This is a very great company

Carelinx is a wonderful company for caregivers and the families who need help. It’s easy for every one! At the beginning, Carelinx’s staffs all ways text,email or call me to make sure that everything was ok with me... I have been on this website of carelinx for two years and worked for three families before. Now I am still working with the 4th family. All the families are nice to me. I am glad I found carelinx !!! I’ve told every one who I know about carelinx since the second family who found me on the website.

The lady that I worked with was great. Her name was Katie. I am very disappointed in your company. A back ground check was done on our worker a year ago. He was clear. Then you come back and say he didn’t pass. Well he had told us everything about his past. We live in a small community and I check him out on my own. We chose him over CareLinx.

Takes 7 days to get paid !! No response when you leave messages and no costumer support line

Customer service people are nice. Software is poorly designed and clearly never tested. It is difficult to navigate, the design does not reflect an understanding of customer needs, the tech people see no need to fix defects. These problems effect the website, the app and most distressingly, the timecard software that the caregivers use, causing weekly trauma not knowing if their hours were sent properly.

CareLinx sent me the help I needed! I have had house help for 50 years, so I didn't expect to find a house helper on the first try, but I was wrong. Linda did the house work, helped with the laundry and even got a good start on putting away the clutter that has been accumulating here in this house for years. She is cheerful, honest, and a very hard worker. None of my other helpers understood that rearranging the clutter accomplishes nothing. Linda files the papers, puts things away on shelves, and tears down the no longer needed boxes and recycles them. No, you can't have her; CareLinx found her for me first!
