i had trouble reaching the correct person several times at the correct #. The persons that took over were'nt knowledable. Had to call back a few times to change times or ask questions

I am grateful for the work that I found through Carelink. I am very pleased with the app and I highly recommend the Carelink website. This is a great way to connect with new jobs assignment.

Their handling of tax-related paperwork and tax payments is great. However, caregiver results not so much. I don't know how thoroughly they check out the caregivers who are listed on their website, but one we had demonstrated very little experience with Alz/dementia patients, even though the caregiver's profile led one to believe otherwise. I should have realized the age of the person meant that the person could not possibly have worked enough time to claim to having lots of experience. Also, caregivers complained that they received shoddy customer support when they had pay issues. It also was a real hassle when a caregiver would leave us - it impacted the time reporting system and they would then have issues getting paid, looking for another position, etc.

Poor customer support. They say on their message when You call that they have 1000s of qualified caregivers. After you interview them and say you want to hire one or two is when they would run the background check and it took weeks. They might be disqualified before they start. Waste of time. Or in my case I had one working for us who was with us for a year then they decided she was disqualified by her criminal background check. After a year?! Suddenly. She the caregiver, who was unreliable and unmotivated lied about it of coarse too. Bad experience.

Awesome and they are great with finding a client for you.
