I have had several jobs with Care Linx. The employees you deal with are very professional, they really care if you are hired. And unlike Care.com, they follow up. They don't charge the caregivers to be a part of the company, unlike care.com. I truly believe Care Linx is a better run company.

Always been there answer questions making sure employees are satisfied.

We were using CareLinx to find caregivers to help us take care of my wife's mother. At first it was great. After a while we had days where the caregivers would not show up or call last minute that they would not be there. When we called our CareLinx advisor/contact all she could say was she was sorry but unable to help us cover missed shifts at the last minute. We started with CareLinx in late January of 2015 and by May of 2015, my wife and I were spending more time caring for her mom than the staff from CareLinx. We could not keep missing work so we found another care provider. We moved to Comfort Keepers and the missing days/shifts problem was solved.
