Very helpful way of finding job and contact with the families they need help with there love one

My caregiver's bedside manner was impeccable & the care & concern shown/given to her client's was excellent. There wasn't anything that I asked for that she didn't or couldn't do to assist me.

They do a great job.

They are very helpful in the hiring process and even after your hired they call and see how everything is going.

carelinx has been very good to work with. always there to help with any questions I've had. no problems getting paid. they always email job listings. will continue to work with them.

I just found out that Carelinx does not require or check immunization status of the caregivers they send out. I was told that they are just a marketplace for connecting caregivers and clients. I find that strange as a large part of their service is to provide vetting for clients looking for care services. They said it wasn't necessary as the caregivers do not provide medical care. My caregiver just informed me that she doesn't believe in immunizations and I about fell through the floor! She is preparing the food for my medically fragile husband! I assumed that Carelinx was checking documentable information such as current licensing, immunizations and background checks especially as they are insuring and bonding these people. They are not. Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

There are not enough negative stars for this company. If you want a babysitter, still not good enough. NO ONE is a health care professional, so they are just a number assigning you to the first person they can. It's a call center based on how many people they sign up, believe me, I know it, I've been there. Not one even has a Bachelor's degree if any degree at all.
