Carelinx is a very good agency, trust worthy and reliable.

The platform is well set up, but somewhat complicated to navigate. The constant calls and texts from advisors is a little overbearing, as I it never stops. I got a job, accepted it, then congratulated, then reminded the day before, confirmed, then as I'm getting ready to go the next morning, was again called and texted to reconfirm i was going. Afterward, received another call and text to ask how it went, and future plans with client. I dont have this much time on my hands! In fairness, I think once a person got used to the regimen, they might have an easier time. Dont know about the pay system yet. Have submitted a timesheet so just waiting for payment now.

CareLink is a great company to work for was hired right after I submitted all my paperwork practically the very next day the pay system and flexibility with the hours just great thank you CareLink for employment

So far I really like using Carelinx as a caregiver because it’s really easy to connect with families. I like that they offer all their benefits for caregiving throughly their platform free or charge. I’ve used several other sites for finding jobs or finding caregivers but none of them compare to CareLinx! Great service y’all!

The CareLinx group provided access to a wide selection of caregivers with various levels of expertise and cost. We were able to find the right caregivers to meet our father's needs up until the time he died. It was also good to have the services to handle the various taxes involved when employing a caregiver. They regularly contacted me to make sure everything was going well and to offer assistance if needed. The one issue we encountered was some of the candidates used CareLinx for advertisement but wanted to be paid outside of the system. One was actually recruiting business for her own company. We are not sure what are the contractual terms between CareLinx and the persons seeking employment through their system, but this potential conflict of interest created some confusion on our part during the early screening process. Otherwise, we would use CareLinx again should the need arise.

Carelinx has been a wonderful part of the team caring for our elderly parents! Our caregiver Gail Bowles is absolutely the best fit and is so caring we could not have done it without her as we live in Texas and they live in Missouri. Carelinx gave us the peace of mind we needed and so easy to use! I would highly recommend them to anyone in our situation! Thank you carelinx!!!!

CareLinx was fantastic, the best out there. They helped me find a top rate professional home aide for my husband on very short notice. My husband has physical and mental limitations, and I told CareLinx this. The aide sent, Ellen, was just super. She was conscientious in her duties, trustworthy, reliable and compassionate even given his sometimes harsh stubbornness on things. He was always kept clean, as was the house, and well fed. Best experience of any service we have tried.
