My name is Deborah Ross. This company has been the worst I've ever dealt with. They promise housekeeping help through my insurance but can not provide me with help and I live in the Austin area. I tried for three months but the two times they were suppose to provide someone the person did not call or show up. I complained to my insurance company twice and that did not help. I am very disappointed and sad that they would conduct a business for older people in this manner. No one has ever call to ask how things are going.
