Polite, immediate, staffed by Americans, order shipped promptly.
This is an excellent company. And it does not use a "call center" located in a foreign country. It keeps its business in America and I can understand the staff person.

Great Company

Fantastic!
The caregiver partnership has been a lifesaver at helping in the care of my mom. The product I ordered has out preformed all of the others We've tried, and the cost is much less than any other quotes I found on line. The product is shipped automatically based on my estimate of need. On occasion I've had to change that date due to moms changing needs, and on every occasion they have met her needs. Whether I speak to them or have on line communications, they are, without a doubt, the most friendly, polite people I've ever dealt with!

The order came so quickly I haven't had time to experience the full impact.
My order came quickly, but I had just bought a big package of the product and it will take me a while to use it and evaluate the cost in relation to the amount I'd pay to KMart or Target. It's certainly convenient to have the product come by mail. I'd prefer that the product came in an unmarked box, but that's a trifling problem.

A few manufacturers still have branding on boxes for personnel in warehouses they are easier to identify.
